Found In Translation: Explorations by 8 Contemporary Artists, is a free exhibition currently on view at the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art featuring 8 Asian American artists working in the Kansas City region. Included in the show are Studios Inc.'s current Artists In Residency Yoonmi Nam, and Hong Chun Zhang - as well as alumni residents Kathy Liao and Hye Young Shin. The exhibition focuses on revealing the nuances that are to be understood through the experiences and processes of change, translation, and immigration.
The exhibition will be on view through August 20th, 2023
