Torn Label Public House + Kitchen

Torn Label Brewing Co has occupied the Studios Inc partnership space since 2015. In 2021, they opened Torn Label Public House, a larger space that also houses a scratch kitchen with an eclectic and frequently rotating menu to complement their beer.

About the Brewery

Torn Label Brewing Company brews enticing, adventurous beer. Their collection of well-crafted beer attracts craft beer novices and aficionados, raising awareness for the creativity of residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

Torn Label Brewing Company is the culmination of a lifelong dream for a group of beer lovers from the Kansas City area. The company was founded in 2014 by Rafi Chaudry, Travis Moore, Carol Troutwine and Chad Troutwine. Its operators carry with them the cumulative influence of time within the diverse craft beer scenes of Southern California, Chicago, Belgium and beyond, but remain dedicated to filtering those experiences through a midwestern sensibility that values both approachability and experimentation.

While Torn Label Brewing Company is not affiliated with Studios Inc, the creative energy and independent spirit of the artists and residents of Studios Inc represents precisely the timbre they hope to cultivate in the offerings and the identity of the brewery.

Both Taproom and Public House include the option of catering add-ons from the on-site creative scratch kitchen, with options ranging from light snacks to robust meals.
